Shipping costs

Calculation
Shipping costs are automatic calculated when checking out. Most products (some unique models and the hoses) can be shipped as letter. In some instances the actual shipping cost can differ from the calculated costs. If the actual costs are more then 1 Euro lower then calculated, I will contact you. In cases the actual shipping costs are more then calculated, it is at my risk.

Insurance
If you want insured shipping, let me know when checking out. Since a decent insurance is only possible with priority parcel post, it could be considered when purchasing items that have to be sent by parcel post anyway. But insurance is always possible and I can't take responsibility for lost goods if not insured. Of course I will see what I can do when uninsured items are lost.
